# Badminton Scores

> Badminton Scores is a free iPhone and Apple Watch app for scoring badminton: score from your wrist without stopping play, share a live courtside scoreboard on your phone, and review match analytics over time. No ads, no tracking, no accounts — it works offline and keeps your data on your own devices.

Badminton Scores is part of ShuttleStats®, the badminton club platform. Badminton Scores is the personal, wrist-first scoring app for your own matches; ShuttleStats runs the whole club night — bookings, payments, a courtside tablet, fair court allocation, live scoring, ratings and player stats.

## What it does

- **Score from the Apple Watch**: tap the half of the court that won the rally. No phone needed, no interruption to play, and an instant undo for a mis-tap.
- **Official BWF rules**: rally scoring to 21 with the two-point lead and 30-point cap, correct service rotation for singles and doubles, over best of 1, 3 or 5 games. Custom rules available for shorter club formats.
- **Courtside live scoreboard**: turn the iPhone to landscape and the scoreboard activates — large digits, serve tracking and match progress, updated live from the Watch, readable from across the court.
- **Match analytics**: score progression, streaks, lead changes, game duration, point-by-point timeline, and head-to-head records across opponents and sessions.
- **Health integration**: scoring on the Watch starts a HealthKit workout automatically, recording heart rate and calories.
- **Player management**: add players, mark favourites, and pick teams in seconds.
- **Private and offline**: all data stays on your devices. No accounts, no ads, no tracking.
